How it works

Three steps, with no server and no public address

The bot runs on your computer. WhatsApp connects by QR scan, Telegram with a token from BotFather — a long poll instead of a webhook, so there is nothing to host and nothing to expose.

1Install and connect

WhatsApp opens with a QR scan from the phone, like any linked device. Telegram needs only a token, which BotFather gives you in two minutes.

The connection is encrypted in the operating system’s store
2Build rules

A keyword, a regular expression or opening hours — and then whole flows for multi-step conversations. Rules are shared across every channel.

placeholders: {{contact_name}} · {{time_of_day}}
3The bot replies

Every incoming message is checked against the rules, answered after a natural pause and written to the log. Anything with no rule waits for you, or goes to the AI.

Features

One set of rules for every channel All the features →

The same rules, the same flows, the same log and the same AI setting — only the connection differs. A contact is identified by its network, and that is what routes every reply back to the right place.

Keyword rules

Match on a word, a list of words or a regular expression, with a priority that decides what is checked first.

Opening-hours rules

A different reply outside the hours you set, in your own time zone — without switching anything off at the end of the day.

Multi-step flows

Numbered menus, nested branches, and conversation state kept for each contact separately.

AI replies as a fallbackOptional

ChatGPT or Gemini answer only when no rule matches, following instructions you write and inside a monthly budget.

Voice messagesOff by default

A recording is transcribed and then answered along exactly the same path. The transcription connector is chosen separately from the reply connector.

Sensible rate limiting

A random pause, a cool-down per contact and a daily cap — counted per connection, so traffic on one channel cannot silence another.

A complete message log

Every decision is recorded, including messages that were held back and why. Clicking a row opens the full picture.

Sending by hand

You can step into a conversation and write the reply yourself. Sending by hand bypasses the limits, because a person pressed send.

Analytics

Interactions, match rates and the AI’s token consumption, with a monthly budget that keeps the bill free of surprises.

Flows

A whole conversation, not one reply

A flow is a chain of steps: a trigger, a question with options, a branch condition, an action and an end. Each contact keeps its own state, so the conversation carries on from where it stopped.

The same question becomes buttons on Telegram and a numbered list on WhatsApp — you write it once.Whatever a platform does not support is shown greyed out with the reason, instead of quietly disappearing.Completion and drop-off rates per step, so you can see where people leave the conversation.

Privacy and security

Your messages do not pass through us

There is no cloud in the middle. Every message, rule and log entry is kept in a local SQLite database on the computer, and the sign-in keys are encrypted in the operating system’s secure store.

All of it local
Messages, rules and the log in a SQLite database on your computer. No cloud in the middle and no copy with us.
Encrypted keys
Sign-in details and tokens are kept in the operating system’s secure store and are never handed back to the interface.
A licence server, and nothing else
The only thing that goes out to the internet is a product-key check. Messages are not sent there, ever.
A clean disconnect, any time
Releasing the account erases the sign-in keys from the computer and ends the link with the platform.
Languages and direction

The interface is translated into five languages. Hebrew and Arabic also mirror the layout, and every message keeps the direction of its own text — not that of the interface language.

What you should know before you start

The WhatsApp connection speaks the multi-device protocol of a personal account, not the official WhatsApp Business API. Automating this way — particularly at high volume — is against WhatsApp’s terms of service and can lead to the account being blocked.

That is why rate limiting is on by default: a random pause before every reply, a cool-down per contact, and a daily cap on each connection. Telegram runs against the official Bot API and carries none of this risk.

Frequently asked questions

No. The app runs on your computer. WhatsApp connects by QR scan, and Telegram works by long polling against the Bot API — meaning no webhook, no hosting and no address exposed anywhere. The poll lives for exactly as long as the app window is open.

Stop answering the same question seven times a day

Install, scan the QR code, add a first rule. Three minutes to the first automatic reply.
