Renewal does not happen by itself — and that is deliberate
Auto-renewal is off by default on every subscription. We will not charge you without your asking, and you will not find an annual charge on the card two months after you stopped using it.
1A reminder in advance
Seven days and three days before the period ends — by email and in your account area.
2You renew
One click in your account area. You can switch between monthly and annual in the same place.
3You do not renew
The subscription ends on its date. No charge, nothing to cancel, and no retention call.
4Come back whenever
The key and the settings are waiting. Renewing starts the bot again that same moment.
If the renewal is not made, the bot stops replying — but the rules, the flows and the log stay on your computer in full. Renewing brings it all back with nothing to set up again.

We do not sell tokens and we take no margin on them. You enter your own API key, pay the provider directly and set a monthly cap in the app.

Questions about subscription and payment
No. Auto-renewal is off on every subscription. Towards the end of the period you get a reminder by email and in your account area, and the renewal happens on your click. If you do not renew, the subscription simply ends — no charge, and nothing to cancel.
