No more copying and pasting into every group by hand. Planner does it for you, at a calm pace.
Sign in to Facebook in a Chrome window on your computer. Planner never sees your password, and your sign-in stays with you.
Text with bold and lists, and up to 10 images. Posts you use again and again are kept as templates.
Pick groups one by one, or a whole list with one click. See when each group will get the post, and repeat it every week if you like.
One group at a time, with a gap between posts and a daily limit. Every group’s status shows on the calendar.
Built for posting to many groups
Everything you need to post to dozens or hundreds of groups, and to know what happened in each one.
Each post shows its time, how many groups, what failed and how many comments. Drag a post to move it.
Sort groups into lists and pick a whole list with one click. A smart list fills itself, for example with buy-and-sell groups that have not declined a post in 30 days.
By default, at least 15 minutes between posts and no more than 20 a day. You see the pace while you schedule, along with the time the last group will get the post.
Posted, waiting for an admin, declined or failed, for every group. A notification tells you when an admin approves or declines.
Comments from all your groups in one place, with unread counts and quick replies. Answer without opening Facebook.
Each account has its own groups, lists and calendar, and its own limits. Switch between them from the menu.
Your Facebook stays on your computer
Planner works through Google Chrome on your own computer, with your own sign-in. Your posts, groups and comments are kept in the app, on that computer.
Planner posts from your personal Facebook account automatically, and Facebook’s terms do not allow that. Facebook may limit or close the account, and Facebook and group admins may treat the same post in many groups as spam. Planner keeps a slow pace and stops whenever Facebook asks you to confirm it is you, but the risk does not go away. Before you connect an account, you confirm you have read this.
Posts go out while the computer is on and Planner is running. Closing the window keeps it running in the background. Posts missed while the computer was off go out after the next start, at the same safe pace.

After payment we email you a licence key and the download links.
Install Planner and enter the key. One licence works on 2 computers.
